Caitlin Jury
RESEARCH DIRECTOR
Caitlin is a leader in the progressive digital space, specializing in creative testing, messaging strategy, and digital advertising.
Before joining the Equis team, she served as a digital media planner at Break Something and Priorities USA. She has experience developing digital strategies for Latinx audiences and is especially committed to finding innovative ways to engage her community nationwide. Caitlin graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and minors in sociology and women’s and gender studies. Though originally from Miami, FL, she currently lives in Los Angeles.

Natalia Campos Vargas
DEPUTY RESEARCH DIRECTOR
Natalia serves as Deputy Research Director for Messaging, where she leads digital and qualitative testing, develops content and messaging recommendations, and works with partners to implement Equis' findings. With a background in political communication and messaging, Natalia is passionate about finding better ways to reach and engage Latinos across the US. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Natalia moved to Washington, DC to attend Georgetown University. She now lives in Los Angeles with her cat, Grandpa.

Karoll Marroni
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Karoll Marroni serves as Research Associate, where she leads the project management that guides the work to identify and socialize best practices for Latino engagement. Prior to joining Equis, she served as Poder Latinx’s Poderosas Fellow in the program’s inaugural cohort, and later joined the organization full-time as Communications Associate. Karoll graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Political Science, Pre-Law. She has developed a deep passion for civic engagement and issue-based advocacy for the Latino community, with a focused emphasis on Latina empowerment. Originally from Panama, Karoll moved to the United States at the age of 4 and has resided in Central Florida since then.
