Even with all the research that’s been done to date on best practices for engaging Latino audiences, there are still lots of gaps in our knowledge and understanding. And even in the places where there is solid research on different tactics or approaches, it can be challenging for strategists and practitioners to find the most important and actionable information they need to run smart Latino voter contact programs. 

That’s why Equis has decided to focus on this new Playbook project - a project designed to consolidate existing research as well as begin to fill some critical knowledge gaps to (1) continue our work on experimentation and innovation but also (2) to streamline recommendations in a way that best supports those closest to running program. Our goal is to create a product that serves as a one-stop-shop of best practices for persuading and mobilizing Latino audiences, particularly those that have been most neglected by campaigns in the past.
